Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Coconut milk Aroy-D

3 tablespoon Kerry gold Butter salted

3 tablespoons Lakanto Golden Sweetner

1 teaspoon Organic Coconut Extract

2 teaspoon Organic Maple Extract

3 tablespoon Creamed Coconut Unsweetened – Let’s Do Organic

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients EXCEPT butter in a small sauce pan and heat to a simmer stirring until Lakanto is

melted. Turn heat down to lowest setting and let reduce for about 30 -45 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add butter and stir in to melt and let simmer on low for another 30 – 45 minutes. Whisk for

about 30 seconds then store in glass jar over night. Use this in the Keto Cheesecake recipe/ Keto

Coconut Macaroons. Makea about 1 1/4 cups or 20 TBSPS
