Sardine Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2.5 ounce(s) Wild Planet Sardines

2 table spoon Primal Kitchen Mayo

1/4 cup Diced Celery

1 table spoon Jeff Naturals Capers

2 tsp Red Onion finely diced

2 sprigs Dill weed, fresh

1 teaspoon Organic Dijon Mustard

1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw

1/4 teaspoon Salt, table

1/4 tea spoon Ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Drain sardines and put in a bowl and mash with a fork add the rest of the ingredients and adjust

seasoning to taste. Put in lettuce cups or scoop into a half of an avocado
